I'm Sujan. I build Gigaverse — a venture studio that turns slow, human-delivered services into software you can buy by the seat.
I got here the long way: agency work, senior people, good outcomes, and a ceiling made of billable hours. AI moved that ceiling. So I stopped selling time and started building companies that own the outcome instead — one company per vertical, each with a real product underneath it rather than a team of humans pretending to be one.
Today a single senior team runs across the whole portfolio: shared engineering, shared brand, shared operating system, four companies in market. I write about what that actually takes in The AI Operator — including the parts I got wrong the first time.
